Where is the bus located?
We are located in Louisville, KY and can also travel to Southern Indiana. We serve the following cities: Louisville, Goshen, Jeffersonville, New Albany, and Clarksville.

The bus travels to the location of your choice. If you are wanting the bus parked at an apartment complex, hotel, or park, we ask that you get proper clearance in advance. Beauty in the Bus is not liable if proper approval is not obtained.
Who can party?
We have party packages designed for girls ages 4-13. Depending on the party you choose, 6-8 guests are included in the package price. You have the option to add additional guests for a max of 12.
What can I expect from an event with your party bus?
The bus will park at the venue/home of your choice. The bus does not move while guests are onboard. The party bus is for entertainment purposes only and is not a salon or spa. Some packages may include "spa like" activities.
How can I reserve a party?
You can reserve a party directly from our website under the "Book Online" tab. or by calling 502-225-7176. A $75 deposit reserves a party. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the balance. The remaining balance is due two days before the party.
How do teepee rentals work?
Teepee parties include over night tent rentals. You will choose an available date and time for set-up and delivery. Please allow until 6:30 the following day for pick-up.
When do we party?
You can book a party or event Friday-Sunday anytime online through our website. You may also make a request for a party on any other day (Monday-Thursday) by sending an email to beautyinthebus@gmail.com
Is there seating on the bus for parents?
Due to lack of space, we only allow up to 4 additional persons on board. Parents can switch out as needed. We suggest parents of guests drop off and pick up after the party is over. Our party hosts are fantastic with the kiddos, so feel free to come off and on as often as you like. A chaperone in not required during the 2 hour party.
